Everyday Mindfulness

As you might have noticed, we have been attacked by spammers while I have been away (lovely holiday by the way). I am currently working my way through trying to correct all this. At this point, I am not too sure how easy or hard that is going to be. Hopefully normal service will resume soon.

I am obviously a technical genius, the spam problem has been eliminated. Now I need to figure out how to stop it happening in the future.
