Lol it would take considerably more words to explain though
I think I was given a couple of poems as part of a mindfulness taster day I attended. I'll try and dig them out.
How can we incorporate books into the main site?

JonW wrote:To make life easier, should we limit the books about Buddhism and Zen to those that fit within the broader remit of mindfulness? And exclude books (like Philip Kapleau's The Three Pillars Of Zen) that are more historical?
I think that sounds like a good idea. JKZ acknowledges the Three Pillars book in FCL: "to Philip Kapleau, for The Three Pillars of Zen and for coming to MIT to conduct meditation retreats among the scientists, where he influenced at least one", but that is only in the context of his own personal journey, it seems.

OK. So we'll endeavour to stick with books that chime with mindfulness practice and will be useful in pursuit of that.
If people want to explore Buddhism, Taoism, Zen etc. further, that's up to them.
Not many mindfulness books out there specifically for children, I note. Big gap in the market, right there.
