My name is Adele Krusche and I am conducting a set of studies looking at pre- and post-natal mood and mindfulness as part of my Doctoral research. I am recruiting pregnant women to take part in a study which is examining potential benefits of an online mindfulness course (offered free as part of research) for pregnant women. We are interested in whether this kind of course is feasible for women during pregnancy and whether or not people at this time in their lives find it helpful.
Ultimately we hope to use this research to help develop better ways to prevent negative moods during and after pregnancy.
