Can this be considered mindfulness?

Hello everyone!

I am still very new to the community and I really do look very much forward to learning more and more about mindfulness.

I consider myself a pretty calm and spiritual person, I don't get angry hardly ever and I often think very in depth about a lot of things in life.
And when I say a lot of things. I mean everything! I am an aspiring physicist after all! XD

Anyhow what I am trying to get at here is I am creating a youtube channel that targets philosophy, spirituality, mindfulness, and all in all. How to have a fulfilling life. However, I really want to know if I am going at it the right way and if not how can I apply mindfulness properly to my channel.

I am in no way posting this to just promote my new channel. I am simply seeking advice on what the community here thinks about what I have to say.

My video is called " Cruising Is An Experience Not A Nuisance" Its about how one can use driving as a means of therapy or self alignment.

I really appreciate any feedback anyone can give me concerning my ideas in the video.
I know its a bit corny but remember... I'm new to this still XD. Bare with me please.

Thank you everyone who reaches out!
Peace and love!

Hi heroguy82,
I enjoyed the video but it doesn't really have much to do with mindfulness. Being chilled out isn't mindfulness although feeling chilled out can be a welcome by-product of mindfulness practice.
In the words of Jon Kabat-Zinn, mindfulness is, 'Paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally."
It's about awareness really. Being in the present moment rather than operating on auto-pilot.
I hope this is of some help.
All good things,
Jon

Thank you and I appreciate the feedback! I will take into consideration of what you have said and see if I can make a future video more focused on it. :D
