I'm re-reading Finding Peace In A Frantic World at the minute, the book that brought me to mindfulness in the first place.
I particularly love this quote:
'An experienced meditator is not someone whose mind does not wander, but one who gets very used to beginning again.'

It's really interesting to read a book again after some time having practiced and expanded your knowledge in that particular area. At least that's how I felt this summer when I read the Frantic Peace book again, I could relate much better to the content and everything! Helped me a lot in manifesting my approach to mindfulness...

The quote says it all (in my opinion). It's a book that I'll re-read at some point in the future.

Yes, it's the book that got me started on this adventure. So I'll always be immensely grateful to it.
