New to this world :D

Hey all,
I'm new to this forum and to the mindfulness world. I just started practising it last week and I'd say it is the best feel I had experienced ever. I'm enjoying the positive vibes of meditation in my life. Recently I happened to read an article on bringing mindfulness into everyday living ( http://edgewoodhealthnetwork.com/bringi ... ay-living/ ). It explains the importance of mindfulness in our life very well. Feel like sharing. I think, by practising such things, we can avoid the unnecessary health issues and tensions in our life.
