Everyday Mindfulness

Sorry I've not been around for a while; I've just been for a week in the Lakes with both my parents and the in-laws. We picked a heck of a week for it. It was like summer on some days, never mind early spring. I did mean to check in here from time to time, but I had no internet connection, and the Yorkshireman in me wasn't for paying the £5 a day that they were charging for Wi-Fi.

Now I'm back (unfortunately). For some reason, I chose to return to work on my birthday. 37 years young today.
