Hi everyone. I just wanted to say hello, it has been a very long time since I've been here. It's nice to see the forum is still up and running and some of the same people are here, along with some new ones!

I have quietly gotten back on the meditation horse after a very difficult year, going through a separation and upcoming divorce.

I'm going to try to stay connected with this site as it was helpful to me in the past. I hope you are all doing well!
