Everyday Mindfulness

Are you a fan of them in general Cheesus or did you just come across this? I write about music for an online music magazine and also on my own blog. I find it such a hugely powerful medium and love the dramatic impact it can have on our mood.
I'm not so well right now which is one of the reasons I've not been posting much. I'm off for an MRI tomorrow which I'm dreading because I'm claustrophobic. I can take music along this time though so I'm trying to decide which album to take. Just thinking about and writing about that has helped alleviate some of my anxiety. Music and mindfulness is a killer combo
