A beautiful baby boy

Just to let you all know that my wife gave birth to a beautiful baby boy yesterday afternoon.

His name is James Walker, we decided not to go for Valentine in the end.

Things will be frantic for the next few days. I might not get the opportunity to be around here much.

I said it on Twitter but will say it again here - Congratulations Gareth, enjoy your New Son , they grow so fast, my baby grand-daughter Savanna will be 4 weeks old tomorrow. Have lots of mindful cuddle time with James!

Congratulations Gareth, and sorry; if I'd realised you had just added to your family, I wouldn't have been emailing you so much (I missed the Twitter post's meaning). Take loads of time out to enjoy your new son, they are small for such a short time. Babies really connect you with being totally in the moment....
