I've been very fortunate in my life in that I haven't experienced much physical pain but I'm currently down with shingles (diagnosed this afternoon) which has involved, amongst other things, very intense stabbing pains in my face. Being mindful when all that kicks off has been incredibly helpful.

I don't know why I'm getting so many pulled (strained) muscles in and around my shoulders, neck and chest. Do you think it could be because my body is finally relaxing from years of tension? I'm doing my best to acknowledge it as it is but I'm also a wee bit curious.

The long body scan and spot scans help to recognise new tension, also help with current pain. :)
