Hi, sometime it would be just great to spend some time chatting to some one else on line who has an interest in mindfulness....can chat work here, or is it just posts? ;)

I believe we're in the process of setting up a chat function for this forum.
In the meantime, please feel free to post any questions or ideas that spring to mind and we'll respond.

Hi Paul and welcome to the community

As Jon and Gareth have said, a chat function is in the works. My own thoughts on that is to try and be online at specified times a few times and encourage everyone else to arrange to 'meet up' to chat too but we will see how the whole process unfolds. In the meantime chat away :)

Thanks, sometimes it would be good to reach out and chat to someone when you are struggling with being mindful. A chat function would be a great addition to the site. Thanks
