Sometimes we can forget the simplicity in all this...
The more “I” am aware of’ “my” thoughts.. the more I can look at them from an outside perspective - this is just one of MANY thought patterns the human mind is capable of creating. Why does it choose this particular one? Because of the ego, for lack of a better word. Past conditioning. Say hypothetically that someone walked through your entire life with you, experienced the exact same situations and surroundings, people and thoughts you have- they would act, speak and be the exact same way you are right now. Same goes with every other human being you have ever come across through your entire walk of this lifetime. It is every single experience each person has had for themselves, each little tiny experience… that makes the whole, one, perspective of that person - the perspective that determines their reality - the way the world, life, seems to them. Each little experience is just as important as the next. These experiences are not separate. They all happened in the ever-present now. When each event that had an impact on you, happened, it happened in the present moment. Then it passed. Ceased to exist in reality. There is no past. There is only memories which the mind dwells on to try find an identity - to feel like it matters- to feel like it exists - and forever - without complete satisfaction. Forever wanting and craving fulfillment, until your human form passes and your pure consciousness returns back into the universe - back to a state full of pure potential of energy - an ability to become any form it desires. The ego survives on the past and the future. Hope for the future, dwelling on the past. Because that is where the false sense of self lies. You believe your thoughts are the truth, as they are all you know. Your thoughts are a result on your past and beliefs which cannot possibly be absolute truth as they are arguable. Funny thing is, if you believe your thoughts… you are in turn making your future exactly the same as your past - until your present becomes so unbearable with thoughts of past and future that it is forced into an awareness. Awareness of the self. The pure consciousness. You are an art of expression. One of many and many and many and many. An expression of the ever eternal life. Pure energy. Unconditional love and will…. You are just one form. One of trillions… Create - be an expression of the neverending beauty of the mysteries of this universe - one of many possible universes. With a limited human perspective, there could be, but more than likely IS, infinitely more than we could ever know and understand with our senses. You are infinite potential. You have always been, and always will be, the universe in its purest form. You came from, and return to, stillness and eternity.

No more true than any other bunch of half random thoughts, I'd say.
Stands at the sea, wonders at wondering: I a universe of atoms, an atom in the universe.
