Mindfulness Meditation and Anxiety/Stress

Hello everyone!

My name is Daniel, I have recently joined this forum. I was reading the posts before and found some really useful resources on mindfulness meditation here, so I thought I'd create and account and give back to the community. I've recently stumbled across a great post on "Why Mindfulness Meditation May Ease Anxiety and Stress" and I think some of you might find it useful. Some great thoughts and views on mindfulness meditation are included in the post, as well as a lot of useful information and links to other sites on the given topic.

It's a decent piece for beginners but could probably do without references to TM and tai chi which are very different practices.
