Question: Suggestions for mindfulness resources for a beginner that can only read Chinese?

Hi,

I would very much like to introduce mindfulness practice to my wife, but I'm faced with two challenges in doing so:
1. Her English is very poor, so it would need to be a resource that is available in Chinese
2. She is quite resistant / closed to the idea mindfulness

I realize that this may be the wrong forum to ask this question, but I was hoping someone here who speaks Chinese or who knows someone who does could point me in the right direction. Personally I really like material by Jon Kabat-Zinn and Thich Nhat Hanh and I know that many books of both of them are available in Chinese. I thought about getting her one of those books, but since my Chinese skills are lacking, I'm unable to verify the quality of the translations. I also worry that since my wife is not very interested to begin with, if I use the "wrong" resource, she might be put off by it and then reject further resources I suggest.

If anyone could help in any way, I would be extremely grateful.

'She is quite resistant/closed to the idea of mindfulness'

This is likely to be your greatest challenge. I've yet to meet a person who 'took' to mindfulness without being open to the idea in the first place.
As for books, I would imagine that translations of TNH and JKZ were pretty reliable.
Good luck!
All best,
Jon
