Mindfulness Movement

I believe at the root of most of the problems we face in the world today, you will more often than not, find a lack of compassion, lack of love, lack of empathy. Mindfulness has been SCIENTIFICALLY proven to enhance (among other things) COMPASSION / LOVE / EMPATHY / HAPPINESS. Therefore, if we (as a global community) are able to get to the root of many of the problems the world faces with one simple practice, the world would become a better place. I truly believe this! Enough so that I quit my 6 figure job in Finance on Friday, May 19th to pursue this purpose. Mindfulness is FREE TO EVERYONE, and can be practiced in as little as 1 minute a day.
I created an Instagram page, 5mindfulbreaths , to provide tool to give everyone that daily reminder and hopefully start the global mindfulness conversation. I believe that if we are able to make mindfulness go 'viral' and spread awareness of the scientific benefits of practicing it, the world WILL become more LOVING, COMPASSIONATE & HAPPY. What do we have to lose? There are ZERO negative side effects associated with mindfulness. We need mindfulness to reach the masses, ESPECIALLY those in my generation...The dreaded millennials! I would love the opportunity to discuss my project and the story which lead up to what I can only describe as my purpose.
