Just thought I'd let you know that you can download my Mountain Meditation (with music) for free!
Just go to my online shop http://mindfulnessforall.com/shop/ ,add the Mountain Meditation to your cart and click on the checkout in the top right. You have to put in your email address but I promise you won't be added to any mailing lists.
