Everyday Mindfulness

Hi everyone and many thanks to Gareth for inviting me to post here and let you all know about our new network for secular Mindfulness Teachers in the UK. I'm Susan, a Mindfulness Teacher and Founder of Grow Mindfulness. We're a Community Interest Company and not-for-profit organisation based in Brighton. Our idea is that if we mindfulness teachers all work together, share resources and collaborate, we can get some creative funding models going and help more people access mindfulness courses taught by reliable teachers with integrity. We are at the beginning of our journey and about to have our first real world launch event in London. There will be more across the UK soon.

Here are some details on our London launch event. The event is for any UK secular mindfulness teacher who is committed to following the UK Guidelines for Teaching Mindfulness Based Courses. Tickets are free as we are being supported by our partners at University of Westminster..though as it's comic relief day too -we may ask for mindful red nose donations
