I thought it might be a useful idea to post out favorite mindfulness based websites! It might also be interesting to discuss some of these sites in more detail! I'm interested to see if this thread will take off or not. Anyways, here are my favorite!

A. This one!! (obviously  )

B. Wildmind.org

C. Stumbleupon.com (only searching the "Buddhism" interest comes up with LOTS of interesting articles)

D. AudioDharma.org

E. I love exploring different University based MBSR class websites. Lots of useful information there. For example: http://health.ucsd.edu/specialties/mind ... fault.aspx

Thank you for starting this post LucidMind, I know Gareth wants to put together a list like this one.
:)
I can't wait to see what sites other community members rate.
A couple I find plenty to read on are:
http://tinybuddha.com/
http://www.elephantjournal.com/

Only just caught this topic (life is so busy at the moment). It will help me if you describe what the sites are, and I'll decide whether to add them to the list of websites that is soon to go up on the site.

Both of these are somewhere between mindfulness and more spiritual Buddhist communities I guess. They have plenty of articles about living a mindful life although the Elephant Journal only lets you access a small amount of it's content each day unless you pay a subscription. I signed up to the daily email and there is always at least one article link that I want to read.

@LucidMind -- I love wildmind.org too! Great site. I'd like to suggest a couple of things I have come across as well that have been really helpful in my study and practice.

Mindfulnet is a fantastic resource as well with lots of articles and links to many useful teachers, courses and sites: http://www.mindfulnet.org/

Great article on mindfulness, tips for practice, latest research and a few great exercises here: http://www.consciouslifestylemag.com/mindfulness-powerful-exercises-peace-of-mind/

Also the magazine as a whole has a number of articles and prominent mindfulness teachers and researchers who regularly contribute: http://www.consciouslifestylemag.com/

And Rick Hanson has some truly life changing, incredible articles on Mindfulness and consciousness in general as well.: http://www.rickhanson.net/

Onward & upward!

Core Spirit is ok but contains hardly any in-depth features on mindfulness. It's all a bit sketchy.

I have recently stumbled on this site that provides free mindfulness exercises. The guides are super easy to follow and I actually enjoyed the free mindfulness talks. You can also check the website yourself and listen to soothing music: https://mindfulnessexercises.com/free-m ... exercises/
