Tara Brach is great. I loved her other book True Refuge as well. She was my introduction to mindfulness.

I liked the beginning of this book, but towards the end it became a bit too loose around the edges for my taste.

I'm horrible at remembering details about books, but in general terms by diving a bit too deep into the mythical for my taste and maybe loving its own theory slightly too much. To me also the case stories stopped feeling fully authentic at some point.

Don't get me wrong. I still liked the book.
