Yeah, read that one and shared it via Twitter. Good article.

It annoys me how they always have a picture of somebody meditating like that. It makes this seem very new agey.

Agreed. Particularly as his knees are so high above his hips. Looks painful to me!

An interesting article though. I hope more people start meditating.
