I know most of you are JKZ fans so here he is with one of my heroes and friend of JKZ Richard Davidson (of the book I mentioning the blog)
This is a lovely video and runs for about an hour.
JKZ and Richard Davidson video
I hope to make the emerging field of contemplative science my life's work and have been following the research coming out of Richie Davidson's lab for a while now. Thanks for sharing this inspiring video.

A brilliant video. The highlights for me were:
* Happiness is a skill.
* Happiness is always available depending on how we manage our present state (example: hold your breath for 30 seconds and then when you breath after that you will definitely feel a wave of happiness).
* We can 'measure' the effectiveness of our own mindfulness practice in our lives by how often we take things personally.
