I wanted to share a podcast I've been working on - it was originally a request from work colleagues to record a "mindfulness taster" for those who couldn't attend the face to face sessions. I added a couple of guided meditations and caught the podcasting bug...
It would be great to get feedback from you - either things I could do better or ideas for episodes. If you'd like to be a guest let me know as well. Grateful for any thoughts!

That was a good introduction to mindfulness. You covered up a lot of things from research to practice, all in one. I'm glad about it. Walking meditation is something that I want to spend my time on in the future. I have talked about it in one of my article, but haven't got much time and space to practice this one.
