I'm pretty new to mindfulness but I'm really relating to it. I've found it particularly helpful to deal with a pretty hectic job at a startup and I wanted to write something to help others use the technique.

Welcome to the forum.
I enjoyed your piece but it's a little too general in approach for us to use as a blog.
At present, we're looking for blogs of 1000-1500 words, written from a personal perspective, and with a strong narrative. They do need to be specifically about mindfulness.
Here's some examples of recent pieces that have worked well for us.
