Hi all Im Matt Im 28 from the uk,
I have a semi interesting bio.
Through my early 20s I got my career going in the right direction and had a few good freinds, I had a few relationships that didnt work out, in my second to last relationship me and my ex almost moved out together, but of course it failed. Prior to the break up I thought my life was set and things were moving forward, then we split up and I lost direction completely. A few months later I discovered the laws of attraction and read all about it which helped alot. Not long after that I met my next girlfreind that also didnt work out but was a turning point in my life. My last ex understood the laws of attraction and had read the power of now. she taught me alot about living in the moment. After we split up I didnt let it effect me in the same way as I previously had. I realised it was one of those things out of my control. Since then I have read the untethered soul and the surrender experiment by Michael singer. As a result I have realised that I had been holding onto things to much and caring to much about things rather than just living in the moment. after advancing my mind I de-cluttered my room etc and become more spiritual. I stopped watching tv and reading the news as it is all spun from an angle. I have also developed more confidence as I have realised that we are all idiots and nobody really cares so go out there and look stupid. I have recently become more giving and have started volunteering. I dont have a girlfriend but I have started talking to alot more and realising my problems and errors of before. Today I started yoga and felt even more enlightened. I think in life it is all to easy to become a robot in society as society has a way of sucking us all in and downgrading us. I think everybody has the ability to see through it and live life minbdfully, it just takes an event in your life to trigger you to question why you have certain thoughts etc. I hope my story has been kind of interesting and I look forward to posting more on here soon and I hope to speak to you all soon
Matt
