Which mindfulness habit/attitude to do next?

I've been taught to prioritize things so which mindfulness attitude or habits should I go with next? I noticed that Jon Kabat Kinn introduced the attitudes in the order of non judging, patience, beginners mind, trust, non striving, letting go, gratitude and generosity. Is there a reason behind that?

I tried week 1 (though, not really, I skipped it because it seems I've already done the activities placed in the first week) and 2 of frantic world while I have done breathing meditation for a month before that including some of the mindfulness practices (though, somewhere in the middle I've forgotten but have remembered again) Should I just continue with Frantic World? If I try some of the values outside Frantic World, I plan on stopping the course progress for a while and focusing on that.

I've also heard of trying to be deliberate with all your actions and I haven't done that yet but I have mostly removed multitasking from my life. Additionally, I'm a bit suspicious with trying to do things slowly though.

If it helps, you can prioritize based on impact, how little the effort is, importance and urgency.

Thanks.

Hello there.
My advice would be to seek out a qualified teacher who can guide you through the 8-week course.

I second Jon's recommendation. I found the book refreshingly straightforward and helpful but getting experienced face to face guidance is invaluable.
