Hi watson2182,
Welcome to the forum.
Please feel free to make yourself at home here and to ask any questions that arise or join in any of the conversation threads.
It's great to hear that you've taken up that meditation. I hope it's proving beneficial to you.
To become grounded in mindfulness practice, undertaking an 8-week course can be hugely beneficial. If there are no classes in your area, you might want to consider following the course with the help of a good book. The one I usually recommend is Finding Peace In A Frantic World by Mark Williams and Danny Penman.
