emotional and feeling down

I have to deal with a lot and i feel like i deal with much more than my husband i deal with the worries and the strains of life so im hopeing minfulness will help me feel good about myself i do meditate often but how do i stop stressing over every day things in life.

Welcome to the forum.
You say you meditate often but do you have a regular mindfulness practice?
If a teacher is not available in your area, you might want to check out Finding Peace In A Frantic World by Mark Williams and Danny Penman, or any of the Jon Kabat-Zinn books.
