Hello Everyone from Nick at BEAM

Hello everyone!
My name is Nick. I am very happy to have found Everyday Mindfulness and the community here. I’ve heard nothing but good things and I’m quite excited to join. Mindfulness is very important to me and whenever I come across sites like this one it brings me much joy. I’m immensely looking forward to contributing to the forums and learning from them as well.
I run a blog by the name of BEAM (beamindful.com), which is dedicated to spreading awareness on mindfulness primarily through a blog site and social media platforms.
About a year and a half ago I was introduced to mindfulness, which has changed my life in ways that I previously thought weren’t possible. I was so grateful that someone introduced it to me that I created BEAM to help introduce mindfulness to as many people as I possibly can, especially to individuals that do not think they would be interested in mindful living. I understand that there are a number of resources that are about mindfulness, so I do my best to offer content with a unique perspective while also making it engaging and useful.
I am all for anything that helps people cultivate more joy in their lives, as well as, eliminates suffering. Mindfulness is a wonderful way to accomplish this. I believe that together we can better each other and help more people obtain the same admiration for mindfulness that we have.
