Thought of sharing some tips to cure insomnia
Exercise early and daily and have balanced diet plan. Create a sleep schedule, avoid oversleeping and avoid taking naps in day timing. Avoid eating anything at least an hour before going to bed, do check your medications to deal with obvious sleep disturbances.

Thanks Eugene. But the though of being so structures naturally frightens me...and I work at all different odd times. Sometimes I need to travel 20 miles and start at 7am, others, locally at 5pm etc. Do you have any suggestions for someone with an erratic schedule? My diet is fine, but routine is like...never haha
