Hi Gareth. Im glad I finally made it online. Thanks for the encouragement. I really want to make Mindfulness a regular part of my life as u seemed to have done. I spend two nights a week at my partners place so I dont do it in the mornings then. But I do when I get home. Ive just started a Yoga class which is great too. The breathing exercises tie in with Mindfulness as well. These classes keep going in school hols which is what I wanted.
Just read your posts about Paleo. Are u still on that diet? Good luck.
