Hello Everyone.

After searching online for a while a came across this group and liked what people were writing and the feedback they received in return. I am a man, 42 years old and have suffered from depression on and of for most of my life. Going through a difficult time at the moment and thought I would find a group of friendly people to talk to online. Mindfulness has helped me in the last couple of years, but when you are depressed it is difficult to concentrate and I never seem to engage in it fully. Maybe its time to start. Anyway, hello everyone, I look forward to getting to know you. :D
