Hi All,
Here are some tips to cure migraine attacks.
Be aware of your triggers and avoid chocolate, cheese, caffeine and alcohol. Some herbs have been found helpful in curing migraines permanently i.e butterbur and feverfew. Having migraine vitamins have also been found efficacious in curing migraines permanently. Avoid bright light and direct exposure to sun.

Hi Eugene.
I find that lying in a partially darkened room with a cold cloth on the forehead and either tea tree oil or olbas oil in the oil burner really soothes and calms when a migraine occurs or the odd dab of menthol and eucalyptus to the temples helps too.

I have a migraine cap which I keep in the fridge. It covers my eyes, provides cooling relief all over my head and as it covers my eyes gives me the darkness I need during an attack. It cost about £20 but more than worth it for me :D

Forehead and migraine stick can both help a bit too. Since I started my mindfulness practice I have found accepting the pain and breathing through it (not totally disimilar to child birth actually  ) helps a lot too.

This root is said to have many benefits which include enhanced concentration and migraine relieving properties. I came across it in a book called the Brain Diet. I a going to post more about it as I use it myself on my web site: http://www.yogadharma.co.uk
