Hi guys,
These are a couple of training clips from today's free tai chi class.
The exercises are based around the martial function of Tai Chi, although can be used as a meditative exercise in themselves, particularly the walking exercise.

Thanks for those :)

Hi Medway,

I like the careful and detailed attention apparent in your videos.

Who has been teaching you?

I've had a few teachers;

My first was Nigel Adams, of the 'Butterfly School of Taijiquan'

I spent 3 months training with Alex Kozma in Old Yang Taiji and Cheng Baguazhang

and a few others..

My main influence comes from these two.

Interesting stuff, Medway.
It would be heartening to see you join this community in a more regular way. Would you be up for that?

If I see something I feel I can comment on, then I will. I certainly 'lurk' and check out on a daily basis.

If it's required, I can start chiming into other areas.
