Hello thank you for reading my intro.

I found this forum because a clinical psychologist recommended I try mindfulness meditations from freemindfulness.org as a way to gain control over what she believes are OCD behaviours.

I'm here because I like participating in forums.

I am new to mindfulness in a way. So far, I have found it very difficult to break long term behavioural patterns, but I know to be patient and consistent.

Looking forward to getting to know some of you.
