Breath in mindfulness- question
I have been trying to practice mindfulness for the past few months. First tried just focusing on what I was doing- eg. driving- focusing on the road, signs, people...but realized that I tend to get distracted easily. I guess signs, people, etc start a chain of thoughts. Then as in insight meditation...

When practicing on the present moment, I find it easier to focus on my breath than on the tasks or body sensations. But when I focus on my breath I feel like I am 'not' focusing on the task much like being lost in thought. Is that OK? If I focus on body sensations of the task, I lose focus easily an...
