Just chiming in with you all again after a pause.Finding the faith theme difficult and rather than struggle will continue to next weeks theme and hold the faith idea in the back of my mind. I have had to be away from posting a few weeks, and am still on last weeks finding a good quality, which I have found most surprisingly difficult . I have had to go and canvas a few ideas of good qualities I may have from friends so a bit of a shock with that, that I was unable to generate any ideas...

Sounds like we have had a good time with this, the only down side possibly is meditation leaves me having a fancy for ginger syrup puddings!

yes I have had some social reverberations too. However I am noticing how clumsy I am at this, the mindful way I believe is skillful, and like any practice the first time you use it, it is a dogs dinner, but it gets more smooth and skilful I would think as you feel comfortable with it in your own min...
