Hi everyone, I just wondered who here practises yoga regularly as a supplement to mindfulness meditation. Would anyone recommend it, and if so, which particular type - I'm aware there are several 'strains' of teaching (Iyengar, Hatha). I am keen to learn where the overlaps are with what we are learn...

Yes, I really understand that - and I admire that attitude. I have had a bit more success today myself, as I began to notice when I was cooking (of all times!) how often I am not aware of my own body and existance, how I seem to latch onto every thought that comes my way. Hi, Thanks for your encouraging messages. Jon - I'm currently following a book course with occasional use of CD recorded meditations by Jon Kabat-Zinn. I a full-time student, so it's hard to find time (and money) to attend a weekly class, especially in term time, and that I'm in a different city dur...
