I like Betty's idea of using the different chapter titles, perhaps prefaced with "JOT"... Incidentally, Hanson has a "Buddha's Brain" app, which has - what seems to be - some complementary topics, including some audio (the first is "Be on Your Own Side"). In Chapter One...

I've just ordered the book. I read Buddha's Brain earlier this year and it was excellent.
