I am meeting with my psych tomorow and will definitely bring it up. Today me and the dog walked. I think your right, maybe I won't 'force' it for the time being. I shall see what happens tomorow.

Thank you all for your replies. My psych knows I am doing mindfulness, she and the centre coordinater referred me to the course. I'm going to keep up with my psych, but my care team is soon to change due to her leaving at the end of July. When she's back off leave we are discuss what the plan of act...

I do love cats, I work in a vets, and manage the cattery there, adorable, funny,'know what they want' creatures. :lol:
