feeling anxiety/unfocused on anything when i am feeling/watching itching but not doing physically/resisting and my mind asks myself why should i restrict the itches what's the point to doing this,one phrase arises in my mind that "what you resist persists" and itching really persisting bec...

i can restrict the itches in meditation by just watching it but how can i do the same in day time ?

however,i am able to do the same in day time as well somehow,but it feels really annoying ):
