When you wake up in morning , put your palms on your face , be thankful ( God / universe / whatever you pray to if any) for being alive and able to get up ok with body parts working fine. This brings a light smile internal at times. I feel its a good start for the day.

Lot’s of love and strength to you.. was so glad to see your perseverance and the beautiful ways with which you keep coming back to meditation..it felt how more or less we all struggle a similar way when practicing this path..

Namaste telly, One thing as a daily practice that helps me is chanting/bhajans. I have been doing this for around 4 years everyday. In that I have to sit in a place , preferably the same place everyday and the same time, if I am at home ,and in a comfortable position , rest of conditions are all fle...
