Since taking up a mindfulness practice, I wouldn't say I sleep less. I've always slept for around 8 hours. However, I do feel much more rested these days when I awake. It's quite common for practitioners to notice more vivid sensations in the shoulders, legs and feet than in other parts of the body during scans. How long are you scanning for?
