For me it's the internal commentary. Either the critical "I'll never get the hang of this", or worse the congratulatory "I'm getting rather good at this." I started to make a breakthrough in my practice when I stopped commenting all the time on my progress. I've realised it's bet...

Let's all diligently cultivate global consciousness, or eco consciousness as I've heard it described. Are we getting closer to it as a species? If we were unfortunate enough to live in Syria at the moment we wouldn't see much evidence of it. We have to be very mindful of the conditioning of our egos...
