Re: Advice for a Newbie :)

Best advice is that you just make it in your schedule. Be that in the morning or in the evening. There will be some people that will not agree to this but you could incorporate this in so many tasks that you do on autopilot. Like washing dishes or vacuum or when you commute. You don't even need to c...

Re: Underlying health conditions causing mental illnesses

Mindfulness is like any other thing that needs practise. If you can't finish body scan that is not a problem. You can't go to a gym and lift 100 kg from a start! You first begin with 2.5kg it seems stupid easy but that is the way to go . Body scan only your head and move forward every day!

Re: Bad people

I allways think about. Does this help me getting to my goal? If I hold a grudge to this person will this make my life better? In most cases not. Take a lesson learned and move on.

Re: Music For Meditation

There was some chance to buy this lifetime subscription for 25 usd and I did. It really helps me to do some work, where I just need to be with me but I need to have some noise in my ears. Wel it works for me. It's also cool for sleeping. Other then that I don't know I like it better then noise gener...

Re: Mindfulness and Depression

hey! Don't! Just don't! :) You ran to people with problems. We all have problems. But there are people that are sensitive to others problems and there are ones that do not care. You think you need to be in a first group to be the nice and kind person. Well you, you don't. Your problems are yours and...

Re: Derealization

Hey, I think you will get very much out of the app called calm.com It's some 30 bucks for a whole year and it's packed with just the info you need. They have a free version with one program, but paid version is much better. The point in pause is to get to know your anxiety but if you don't know what...

Re: Hard times

Hey, I think only mindfulness is not enough to get you out of this state. Physical care of the body is as much important as mental. We are a sum of fermions and hormones and they control our body if you like or not. You have your happiness hormone, your sleep hormone, and a bunch of others. If you d...

Re: How many of you live in the moment?

Hi!

My first post! YEEY :))

To the topic. I found live in the moment for when it matters. Enjoy your food, enjoy walk in the park, being present with friends.
