Hi everyone, I have posted here a while ago but only once i think. I have been meditating on and off for about three years and found it really helpful and when implemented on a daily basis have found a calmness to life. But that takes time to cultivate. For now, just take each meditation as it comes and approach it with an open mind and an open heart. Be patient with yourself. Be compassionate towards yourself.
