I was very fatigued this week and wasn't able to do the meditations at all. Would you be able to do a body scan? I'm often quite fatigued as I have a small child, and sometimes do a body scan before bed. Even if I don't make it through the whole scan because I fall asleep, I feel much more rested a...

The fact that you are noticing your thoughts are catastrophic is a huge step. This post from mindful.org has pretty helpful tips on what to do after you notice you are having a certain kind of thought (they call catastrophic thinking etc a mind trap). Great idea! I really like the idea of a resource section, where we could find or share books, apps, podcasts, etc. I'm always on the hunt for resources to inspire and refresh my mindfulness practice!

I often have trouble managing my emotions too. Some things that have helped me are doing a body scan, going for a mindful walk, listening to an inspiring podcast, chatting with a friend (a calm friend who listens well), and reading books that put me in a good mindset. Hi, this might seem strange but what triggers my anxiety is when i'm inside and the room feels warm I feel very uncomfortable and start to obsess about the feelings I have around feeling hot.
