Hi guys, I wonder if you can help me? My wife and my mum do not have the best of realtionships shall we say. I did the turning towards difficulty last week. I think I will also repeat the week in the near future or redo the whole course. as someone who has been anxious for most of his 37 years I fully realise this aint gonna change overnight. However, things are slowly changing!
