Hi Maxmindfulness I enjoyed reading your post. So, to put it simply what you are saying is. Notice anxiety, notice where you feel it in the body, bring awareness to that feeling and where you feel it in the body and hold it in awareness, this will will kind of "feel it away" Thanks Bobiko
